Rozaine is an Practitioner in Psychology and accredited Coach registered with British Psychological Association. She has worked with diverse groups of people from different levels in organizations in Sri Lanka, the UK, Australia, Abu Dhabi, Malaysia and the Maldives. She has worked within the areas of banking, hospitality, IT, Health, FMCG, education, apparel, advertising, media, food and beverages, aviation and non- profit, delivering coaching, analytics, and training and development programs. She has served over 60 public, private and multinational organizations.
She has authored many research papers and the book ‘From Crisis to Character’ a compilation of articles published in Sunday Times between the years 2010 to 2014. She remains to be a frequent contributer to papers on the Psychology and mental health in the workplace. She is the co-author of RockStars: Growing Stellar Performers in the Organizations, a book presenting the P3 Growths Coaching model through the narrative of two men and their journey towards career and life fulfillment. The book was launched in March 2019 in Melbourne Australia with the collaboration of Deakin University. She also has been the referral Psychologist for HSBC from 2010 to 2016 and had supported the people through retrenchment and redundancy times in 2011/2012. Her programs on Emotional Intelligence and Cultural Awareness remains to be one of the top trainings in demand offered for the Cinnamon Hotels and Resorts from the year 2016.
She has been involved in the community and humanitarian sector working with post-war communities in the North and East of Sri Lanka. She has spearheaded community development initiatives with the Foundation of Goodness, working with families affected war and also following the ethnic conflict in Aluthgama. She has worked with underprivileged youth through her work with Candle Aid Lanka-CitiBank partnership.
She has been involved in conducting development centers and staff support programs with NGOS such as FRC, Sri Lanka Red Cross and LEADS. Rozaine was also involved in work following the Easter Sunday in conducting training-of-trainers for the MJF Charitable Foundation, and in performing debriefing for staff at a number of corporate and community based organizations.
