Chintha is a registered Chartered Occupational Psychologist and founder of Oxford Psychometrics. Her areas of specialism include Talent Assessment & Development and Conflict Confidence. Over the last 20 years, Chintha has implemented and delivered innovative solutions in human talent management across the public and private sector.

She has worked with top companies including Abbey National, Barclays, C&A retailers, Coutts Private Bankers, Civil Aviation Authority, FORDS of Europe and Thomson Tour Operators.

Her degrees include PhD and MSc in Applied Psychology from Cranfield University (UK); MA in Law and Employment Relations from the Law Faculty of Leicester University (UK); BSc (Hons) in Biology from King’s College, University of London (UK). She is qualified in the use of Occupational and Educational tests, and is highly experienced in the use of 16 Personality Factor inventory, and Saville Consulting Wave-Focus Styles.

Early in her career, Chintha trained and worked as a criminal psychologist at one of UK’s high security young offender institutes and taught advanced level psychology to young and mature students in Milton Keynes & Oxford Colleges of Higher Education. Chintha was employed as a higher psychologist in the British Civil Service for a number of years and more recently consulted on a Leadership Development programme, to the Cabinet Office.

Chintha remains academically connected & up-to-date, through her research and extensive participation in professional conferences. She has been contributing to the dissemination of psychological knowledge through various, non-profit, Psychology in the community projects in Europe & in Asia.

He has represented different high-level forums including United Nations High Level Meeting on Youth at the UN headquarters in 2011 and presented the Sri Lankan strategic interventions in youth development. He has been the focal point for youth development initiatives for various UN agencies: UNICEF, UNFPA, UNV and a National Steering Committee member of the IYV+10: an initiative of United Nations Volunteer program in Sri Lanka. He worked in the Advisory Capacity for USAID supported project to support youth in Northern part of the country towards improving their employability and life skills development and also a project implemented by UNICEF.

She has also worked with diverse communities across Sri Lanka including civilians in post-conflict areas, the police force, the military and vulnerable youth. Hansini has worked at the Juvenile Courts, Sumithrayo Drug Rehabilitation Programme, The Asia Foundation and Fulbourn Hospital (UK). She has supervised postgraduate and undergraduate projects in the above-mentioned areas. In addition, she is a course writer of the BSc Psychology programme at the Open University of Sri Lanka.
Hansini is currently works as a Behavior Analyst at Forté Consultancy, leading the research and development arm of the organization. She also teaches Research Methods and Statistics at the University of West London accredited postgraduate programme in psychology at ANC Education, Colombo.

She is currently employed as a Research and Development Manager at Forté Consultancy– where she is responsible for developing programs and content for projects in organizational, educational and community settings. These programs include programs for parents, for university students, and employees in the areas of coaching and mentoring skills development, leadership development, and youth development.

Kartini was involved in counselling people living with HIV and their families at the Positive Women’s Network Sri Lanka. She has been a counselor and mentor to adolescent survivors of child sexual abuse, and has designed and facilitated personal and life skills development programs for teenage survivors of child sexual abuse through her work with LEADS Sri Lanka, and Emerge Lanka Foundation. Her main focus area is in youth development, education, working with vulnerable populations, and in posttraumatic growth.
