I would like to commend the wonderful program by Forte. The personality profiling activities and the one to one sessions were absolutely fabulous. I was impressed by the fact that the report revealed so much of my own personality, and the articulation and interpretations by Rozaine on how and where I could use the report to manage situations better were very useful. It was a great learning, and time well spent!
In a span of 30 minutes, Rozaine was able to delve into my inner psych through thought-provoking questions and statements. It truly helped to get more clarity on some goals which were still taking shape. I would readily recommend Rozaine as a career coach and have done so for my leadership team.

It was a largely beneficial and great coaching session that I had with Rozaine as a part of my leadership program. One to One sessions was the awesome experience, because her understanding is incredible about human nature and competitive office environment. It was easy to discuss openly any issues about private and work related without hesitation as her created the environment to express. During our sessions, I received valuable inputs on coaching methods and techniques which am using ever since.
Rozaine worked with us by engaging in a few coaching assignments. According to the feedback that I received from the selected executives, Rozaine’s approach is holistic and covers all aspects of life. She pays attention to detail and is meticulous in her approach.

As a person who is directly involved in employee relations of the Company, I found the ‘Counselling Skills’ programme to be very helpful, as it gave me much insight in to how to handle situations, where employees need help or are in distraught state of mind. The programme touches on many areas on practical experience, and learning obtained via the role plays added much value to an individual’s learning. It has been very useful for me in improving professional and personal relationships.
Rozaine at Forte Consultancy delivered a well -rounded program on EI using different methodologies to coach our managers in the succession plan. The program was uniquely designed for Cinnamon Hotels and Resorts and addressed some of the critical situations in the role of a manager and how one could recognize and regulate individual and social emotions. The individual feedback received from the participants has been excellent and the implementation of the learning is happening at a team level.
