First of all let me tell you the feedback from the session was very good. The participants left wanting more and they found the skill of giving feedback useful in their post-appraisal conversations.
The training / coaching sessions were very inspirational, energizing, bringing lots of ideas, with both substantial and more knowledge together with interesting and focused discussions and exchanges. Made me think differently about things. Thanks Rozaine, keep up the good work !!!!!
This interactive session gave me new perspective regarding interview process and had very interesting video content. This is a very good program which gave exposure to attitudinal and behavioral value of a interview.
I really enjoyed and learnt about the psychological process of interviewing skills. Many things that we neglected during the interview seems very important now. Also realized the importance of building confidence within the panel to conduct a smooth interview.
Rozaine along with the team at Forte conducted an assessment center for the selection of management trainees for Hayleys Group which entailed a variety of assessment methods through which we were able to select the right candidates. The assessment center was tailor made to suit our requirement. The reports of the candidates were comprehensive and easy to interpret. By using a client-centered approach, Forte predicted much of what we witnessed in the final interviews, initial training and performance of these candidates thereafter.
LEADS commissioned Forté to design and construct an organizational competency framework that encompasses all the various grades of staff in each of its service areas and to thereafter inform the succession plan of the top management with a training needs analysis and individual development plans. The assignment was delivered with professionalism and utmost sensitivity to the culture. The framework no doubt will inform our future recruitment and existing performance management.
