Forte Consultancy undertook a development center to help us see the skill gap and the preparedness of our people for the next phase of strategy. I myself found the engagement to be very useful and insightful for my own growth and this was mentioned by a majority of our staff themselves. This interactive session gave me new perspective regarding interview process and had very interesting video content. This is a very good program which gave exposure to attitudinal and behavioral value of a interview.
I really enjoyed and learnt about the psychological process of interviewing skills. Many things that we neglected during the interview seems very important now. Also realized the importance of building confidence within the panel to conduct a smooth interview.
Rozaine along with the team at Forte conducted an assessment center for the selection of management trainees for Hayleys Group which entailed a variety of assessment methods through which we were able to select the right candidates. The assessment center was tailor made to suit our requirement. The reports of the candidates were comprehensive and easy to interpret. By using a client-centered approach, Forte predicted much of what we witnessed in the final interviews, initial training and performance of these candidates thereafter.
